'Daypack Hikes' - Guided Paths and Trails

Frequently Asked Questions

How big are the groups, and who are my fellow guests likely to be?

Our groups are small in size, the maximum number of guests is usually around sixteen, plus the leader. The groups generally consist of a mix of new clients and ‘regulars’ from the United Kingdom and worldwide. We are very proud that virtually all of our guests return year on year to enjoy the unique format of our Daypack Hikes.

We feel that our tours are equally well suited for couples, friends travelling together or single guests. It would be most unusual for someone to find themselves as the only ‘single’ on a tour, and we certainly have many single guests amongst those ‘Daypack Hikers’ who come back time and time again. Although guests on the Daypack Hikes find their own accommodation, and therefore disperse at the end of each day’s walking, we do tend to find that quite a few meet up again in the evening to socialise.

"Just to say I had another great holiday over the last two weeks walking the Shropshire Way. Everything was well organised as usual and our walk leader Graham Lennox was calm and professional despite lots of giggling at the back (me!). A fabulous time and lovely to see some old friends again."
