What sort of accommodation does Footpath Holidays use?
Footpath Holidays always puts a considerable amount of time and effort into finding high quality accommodation in the finest locations, and right in the midst of the walking. Our priorities are a warm welcome, comfortable and well appointed rooms.
Our prices are based on two guests sharing a twin or double-bedded room, however, we can cater for single travellers, subject to a supplement.
We use quality family-run guest houses. All rooms have ensuite bathroom facilities (toilet, bath and/or shower) and tea and coffee making facilities. Most will also offer free WiFi. The establishment chosen will depend upon availability and the size and make up of the party involved. Where possible we choose a guest house which is a member of the Green Tourism Business Scheme and holds an award which reflects their commitment to running their business in an environmentally sensitive manner.
